MY SUMMER HOLIDAY IN VICTOR

CORAL STREET ART SPACE

This exhibition is a nostalgic trip back in time that will remind us all why Victor Harbor has been the summer holidays destination of choice for Australian's for more than a century.

We invite you to drop in and share your stories with us from across the decades so we can build on our exhibition through January and build a snapshot or what people love about our seaside town.

The Victor Harbor Artisan Market is a platform for practising and professional Artists and Artisans to show, sell and demonstrate their Art.

Take the opportunity to meet and chat with the artists about their passion, inspiration, how and why they do what they do.. .it’s very exciting and totally intriguing!

Along with Visual Arts, our very unique Victor Harbor Artisan Market also opens its vibrant umbrella to cover the Performing Arts and in 2018 we were delighted to welcome Telstra  as our Presenting Sponsor for the Telstra Stage and our roving artists.

Enjoy delicious healthy food, local produce and local boutique beverages all showcased in the ‘arts heart’ of Victor Harbor on Warland Reserve.

We look forward to seeing you at our next Market on Saturday April 11, 2020, so lock in your diary for a day of fun & creativity in Victor Harbor on the beautiful foreshore looking out to Granite Island. Get the Horse Tram over to the island and check out Scuplture Encounters!

I AM BRAVE Exhibition - SIGNAL POINT GALLERY

Ashleigh Darrie and James Hurford

Ashleigh Darrie, along with eight other young regional South Australians, have been selected to join the Art Squad, a creative youth program built to identify and nurture the next generation of creative leaders in regional South Australia

Initiated through a partnership between Carclew and Country Arts SA, Art Squad comprises creative young people aged 18-23 years, living in regional, rural or remote South Australia who want to build their own creative career pathways while also delivering arts programs within their own communities.

They will be supported over the next two years by a creative producer from Country Arts SA to generate and deliver creative projects in their communities and support other members to do the same in their own regions.

About the exhibition: A gathering of women, sharing their stories to raise awareness through a creative lens of what they have experienced and overcome, and determined to spread the word and speak about sexual assault with strength and courage.
